Chechos

The concept behind Chechos is simple: approachable, delicious, and unique Mexican-inspired dishes paired with cocktails, wines, and sessionable beers. As Penrith’s only authentic Mexican experience, Chechos stands out in the local dining scene.

My role encompassed both the front and back end of the business, allowing me to test and refine my work in real-time with customer feedback. My contributions included creating seasonal menu designs, styling and directing photoshoots, creating and managing social media content, and planning and managing events.
